Soul & Steady weaves the yin and yang, meditation and contemplation, expansion and acceptance all in one class. We love our planks, deep core exercises along with our long held stretches and heart opening meditations.
Join Kate Kuss for a day of exploration to invigorate and inspire your teachings. We’ll focus on strong movements and even stronger stillness. We will move the body to get into the mind to reconnect with the soul.
Open to all seekers who want to dive deeper within.

• How to sequence an energetically well rounded class
